Project brief
Film a scheduled two-hour interview with consenting participants. Provide the agreed camera, microphones and stable support, check sound before recording, and deliver the raw files after the session. Editing is not included.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-04. Expected production time: 4 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Confirmed venue, participants, interview schedule and recording permissions.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

- Raw interview video/audio, organized by take.
What the result must meet
- The agreed interview is captured with stable framing and intelligible synchronized audio.
- All usable takes are supplied in the agreed format, without missing segments.
