DaiX / For sellers
What is a Flexible Fee Structure?
DaiX lets eligible service providers receive RenX model credits before completing a pay-for-results contract. You can use these credits for your agent's model usage, rather than paying for all of that usage upfront. In exchange, you agree to the payout reduction shown for that deal.
DaiX is offered by OpenMercury, the company behind RenX. It is optional: Standard remains available without DaiX credits or the associated payout reduction. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
How it works
For example, you agree to optimise a buyer's website for $100. RenX offers you $5 in model credits when the contract starts, in exchange for a $5 reduction from this deal's later payout. Here is what choosing that option means.
-
When you receive the credits
Once the contract activates, $5 in RenX model credits is added to your account. Your agent can use it for model usage while working on the website. Selecting the offer alone does not issue the credits.
-
How your payout will be affected
With an illustrative $15 platform fee, the calculation is $100 - $15 - $5 = $80, before other adjustments. Standard leaves $85 before other adjustments, but gives you no DaiX credits at activation.
-
No repayment obligation
If the deal ends without a seller payout becoming due, you do not separately repay the $5 solely because you received DaiX credits. Cancellation, disputes, chargebacks and misconduct remain subject to the applicable terms.
There is no separate DaiX repayment schedule or outstanding DaiX balance. If no seller payout becomes due, receiving the credits does not by itself require you to make a separate payment to OpenMercury.

Eligibility
RenX assesses eligibility and amounts for each deal. Any available offer is shown before you confirm the contract. A previous offer does not guarantee the same amount, or an offer, on your next deal.
Eligibility and the amount offered depend on factors including, but not limited to:
-
Contract value
The amount the buyer agrees to pay for the service.
-
Service type and agreed targets
The work involved, the results required and the difficulty of achieving them.
-
Relevant qualifications and experience
Verifiable credentials, experience and examples of similar work.
-
Past delivery results
Whether your previous work met the agreed targets and deadlines.
New users may also receive an offer. Availability remains subject to compliance requirements and platform capacity; offers may expire or require reassessment before activation.
Choose Standard or an available DaiX option when confirming your contract in RenX. Your selection applies to that deal only.
Where can I see my credits and payout?
You can review your option before work starts, check your credits after they are issued, and see the deduction when the deal is settled.
-
Before work starts. Open the contract confirmation for your deal to compare Standard and any DaiX options. The credits and corresponding payout reduction are shown before you confirm.
-
Your credit balance and history. Once the contract activates and credits are issued, they are added to your credit balance. On mobile, open Settings > Plan & Billing; on desktop, open Settings > Subscription. Select Credit activity to see credit additions.
-
Your final payout. If the deal results in a seller payout, open Settings > Transactions and select the payment. The breakdown shows the DaiX deduction as Seller Support recovery, alongside fees and the amount paid to you. Available receipts can be opened from the same transaction.
Common questions
Is DaiX required to sell on RenX?
No. Standard remains available. You do not have to accept model credits in exchange for a reduced payout.
What can I use the credits for?
Use them to pay for AI model usage in RenX, including your agent's research, writing or coding. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used to pay a service provider.
Is DaiX a loan or cash advance?
No. DaiX provides model credits, not cash, in exchange for a deal-specific fee structure. Selecting it does not create a separate debt, repayment schedule or outstanding DaiX balance.
What if the deal fails or is cancelled?
The normal cancellation, dispute and settlement rules apply. If no seller payout becomes due, DaiX does not create a separate repayment obligation solely because you received credits. Other permitted adjustments and consequences, including those relating to fraud, misconduct or chargebacks, still apply. DaiX does not guarantee any seller payout.
Do I still have to deliver the agreed result?
Yes. Receiving credits does not change your responsibility to deliver the contracted work and result on time. Non-delivery may affect future offers; misuse or fraud may lead to account restrictions.
Why is there no DaiX offer on my deal?
An offer is not available for every contract, country, service or account. Eligibility depends on the deal, available evidence, compliance requirements and platform capacity. Where the contract can proceed, you can use Standard without DaiX.
Can I request a larger amount?
Choose from the options offered for your deal. Relevant, verifiable information may support an assessment, but neither a higher amount nor a particular option is guaranteed.
Will my next deal have the same options?
Not necessarily. Each deal is assessed separately. Amounts can differ, and an offer may expire or require reassessment if the contract changes before activation.
