Project brief
Create a reusable template in an authorized Beehiiv account for a weekly newsletter. Use supplied branding and sample copy to establish the layout, test it on mobile and desktop, and show how to duplicate it for future issues. Ongoing writing or sending is not included.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-01. Expected production time: 3 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Beehiiv access, brand assets, sample copy and approved layout requirements.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

What you'll deliver
- Editable newsletter template, test email and reuse instructions.
What the result must meet
- A new issue can be created from the template without rebuilding the layout.
- Agreed links, images and mobile/desktop layout work in test emails.
