Model a seven-storey office building for early design studies
Project brief
Create a simplified 3D model from supplied plans and photographs. Include floor levels, primary columns, window bands, roof form and basic neighboring massing. Use organized components and explicitly document assumptions. This is a schematic model, not a construction-ready design.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-06. Expected production time: 7 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Rights-cleared plans/photos, known dimensions and agreed modeling software.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement. Relevant qualifications and service eligibility must be verified before restricted work begins.

What the result must meet
- Floor count, key dimensions and visible facade features match the approved references.
- Exports open correctly and modeled assumptions are identifiable rather than presented as measured facts.
