Project brief
I need an accessibility captioning specialist for a pilot batch of three finished course videos. Produce synchronised closed-caption files from the final video exports, with a real human review of technical terminology.
Captions should identify speakers, represent meaningful non-speech audio and avoid covering important on-screen text. Recommend SRT or VTT for the agreed player and explain the choice. Work from the video, not an earlier script. The total runtime and glossary will be confirmed before agreement. Please show a caption-file example and explain your accessibility QA process.

What the result must meet
- Captions accurately match the final audio, including agreed technical terms, speaker labels and meaningful sounds.
- Files load in the agreed player without timing drift and meet the agreed WCAG 2.1 AA caption checklist.
