CAD concepts for 10g and 30g chocolate-bar moulds
Project brief
Looking for a CAD designer to develop two distinct chocolate-bar shapes: a small 10g format and a larger 30g format. The larger one should not simply be a scaled copy; both should have a playful but manufacturable design.
Prepare the shapes for review by a mould manufacturer, with dimensioned drawings and STEP/IGES files. We will agree material assumptions, draft angles, clearances and target volume with the manufacturer before design begins. Include simple renders for visual approval. Manufacturing approval and food-contact certification are outside this design commission.
Deliverables & acceptance
What you'll deliver
- Two CAD designs, STEP/IGES exports, dimensioned drawings and review renders.
What the result must meet
- The two designs meet the agreed dimensions/volume assumptions and are visually distinct.
- CAD and drawings agree and satisfy the manufacturer's supplied draft/clearance checklist.
