Narrate the first chapter of a Spanish learner audiobook
Project brief
Native Castilian Spanish narrator from Spain needed for a paid first-chapter sample of an audiobook for adult B1 learners. The performance should be slower than a standard audiobook, around 120 words per minute, with clear, unhurried articulation.
Record only the agreed story chapter, plus its opening and closing credit lines if supplied. Do not include glossary, English-language sections or other front matter. The selected sample should demonstrate natural storytelling without losing pronunciation clarity. We will agree the chapter word count and pronunciation notes before recording; any full-book commission would be separate.
Deliverables & acceptance
What you'll deliver
- Mastered chapter MP3, lossless WAV and a short retail-sample excerpt.
What the result must meet
- Narration is native Castilian Spanish, follows the approved text and averages the agreed learner-friendly pace without sounding mechanical.
- Audio meets the agreed ACX-style noise, peak and RMS requirements, with clean edits and no missing or repeated text.
