Project brief
Capture the presenter footage and product close-ups needed for one complete gadget review. Agree the location, product, shot list and any pickup shots before accepting. Deliver clean source footage for editing, without inventing product claims or customer endorsements.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-04. Expected production time: 5 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Product, consenting presenter, agreed location, shot list and access permissions.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

- Organized A-roll/B-roll source footage and agreed pickup shots.

- All approved shots are present, focused and correctly exposed.
- Presenter audio is intelligible and files open in the agreed format.
