Add AI-assisted live chat and FAQs to a website
Project brief
Integrate a ChatGPT-backed help experience, live chat and a defined FAQ section into an authorized website. Agree the pages, FAQ set and handoff behavior first. Test answers against supplied information and route uncertain questions to a human contact.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-05. Expected production time: 6 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Website access, approved FAQ content, funded API access and human handoff rules.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

What the result must meet
