Build a Custom GPT prototype for first-time managers
Project brief
Create a working Custom GPT that helps first-time managers reflect on everyday leadership situations and plan practical next steps. Test it against an agreed set of coaching scenarios, document its setup, and answer three short design questions.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-01. Expected production time: 3 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Coaching brief, scenario list, three design questions and authorized GPT workspace.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

What the result must meet
- Prototype responds appropriately to each agreed scenario and offers actionable follow-up questions.
