What is deleted
We delete or anonymise your account profile and associated personal data, including agents, conversation content, contacts, device links, and preferences.
Delete your RenX account
Request permanent deletion of your RenX account in the app or through the RenX account portal.
Delete in the RenX app
Open Settings > Account > Delete account, review what will be removed, type the requested confirmation, and submit your request.
You do not need to use the website if you can still access the app.
Delete on the web
Sign in to the RenX account portal. The Account page contains a dedicated Delete account section where you can confirm and submit the same request.
What happens after your request?
We aim to complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records may be retained where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before permanent removal. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Cannot sign in?
Email hello@openmercury.com from the address registered to your account. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
